Garantía SMART Assure

La garantía SMART Assure ofrece una cobertura completa para brindarle tranquilidad.

La garantía SMART Assure incluye acceso las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, a un equipo de atención al cliente de SMART dedicado para responder a consultas y solucionar problemas de forma remota. Si es necesario, dispone de los servicios de sustitución de software anticipada y de reparación in situ, cuyos gastos de envío corren a cargo de SMART. Junto con la sustitución o la reparación in situ, tendrá acceso al servicio de asistencia prestado por los técnicos autorizados de SMART, que incluye la desinstalación del producto defectuoso y la instalación del producto reparado o de repuesto. En caso de que sea necesario realizar una devolución, también empaquetaremos el producto defectuoso para facilitar su vuelta a SMART, cubriendo incluso el coste de los gastos de envío de la devolución.
